Postage & Delivery

All pictures are framed by hand. This process can take several days and depends on such factors such as workload, supplier delivery and materials availability

If your frame choice is unavailable at the time of purchase and in our judgement, likely to remain so for more than 14 days, we will offer you the option of either waiting until your frame choice is available, or making an alternate frame choice.

Delivery costs are dependent upon your location and are calculated by Paypal upon checkout through Paypal's secure systems.

Once completed, the finished framed picture will be sent out to you appropriately protected and wrapped, using a tracked method of delivery. Please allow 21 days before contacting us with queries related to timing of delivery of purchases.

You must inform us within 7 days of receipt to report any damaged, faulty or incorrect items received. We will normally require the return of incorrect or damaged items before sending out replacements. Please detail circumstances of fault / damage to us in your communication. You are advised to take photos as evidence for your own benefit. It will be be helpful in the event of damage upon arrival to send us copies of these photos, so that we make take steps to prevent similar damage re-occuring in future.

Returns will be at the customers expense, however we may at our discretion credit this cost if you provide us with a proof (receipt) of cost. In the unlikely event of an incorrect item being sent, we will credit the cost of return.

Payments and refunds are all handled by Paypal at the present time. We do not offer any other payment facility.

We can arrange delivery to most valid addresses worldwide. Should an issue arrise after a purchase has been made, we will inform you without delay.

We will inform you via the email address you supply to Paypal, when your item has been shipped.
